The Suspiria director’s new HBO original TV series announced last year, which will premiere on HBO, and HBO Max is getting its first details.
The eight-part series, written and directed by the Call Me By Your Name director Luca Guadagnino, titled We Are Who We Are, will star none other than Chloë Sevigny and Kid Cudi. There’s also a short teaser released that you can watch below, which sees two teenagers (played by Jack Dylan Grazer and Jordan Kristine Seamon, respectively) living on a US military base in Italy. For the series, Guadagnino will return to the picturesque Italian landscape he’s previously explored in Call Me By Your Name and A Bigger Splash.
We Are Who We Are will star Tom Mercier, Ben Taylor, Alice Braga, Francesca Scorsese, besides Chloë and Kudi. The series will premiere on HBO and HBO Max this September.
